Honest answers

Are you going to tell me to stop using AI?

No. That is bad advice and you would ignore it anyway. AI makes you faster and it is not going away. The goal is AI independence, not AI avoidance: keep the speed, but be able to think, code, debug, and explain your work when the tools are not available.

How do I know if I am too dependent on AI?

My grades are fine. Is this actually a problem?

Good assignment grades and a closed book exam measure completely different things. So does a technical interview. Most students find out there is a difference at the worst possible moment. Finding out now is much cheaper.

Is it too late for me?

Almost certainly not. Students who feel the furthest behind usually have a small number of broken fundamentals holding up everything else. Once those are fixed, the rest tends to move quickly because you were never actually incapable, you were building on a cracked foundation.
